Except that I’m pretty sure that’s an owl, probably a Great Horned Owl (Bubo Virginianus) That doesn’t look like a raptor’s body to me, and the pattern of the feathers matches a Great Horned Owl exactly, as does the wingspan.
And, oh yeah, I dig the white micro cat’s-eye shades.
